GMP Validation Engineer

Just Life Sciences have an exciting opportunity for a Validation expert tyo join a leading Pharma company on an initial 3 Year contract.
The purpose of the role is to Validate new Production line, and other areas of the business such as Analytical Instrument.
You will work with the External contractors and Head of Department.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• This is a hands on Technical role and you will be curious and ensure that the site is fully GMP compliant. The postholder will be required to take the lead for delivering defined projects, ensuring these are delivered on time and with minimal impact on manufacturing schedules. Further, they will be responsible for ensuring that all corresponding validation documentation is completed in accordance with GMP and the Pharmaceutical Quality System, including authoring/updating standard operating procedures for GMP equipment and systems.
• Your duties will include
  • Plan and deliver specific small-scale projects, co-ordinating and supervising project teams created as needed, supporting GMP departmental performance and compliance, ensuring deadlines are achieved and PQS actions are completed on time.
  • Develop and deliver training within the GMP production and QC facility to ensure that staff are trained appropriately in the use, maintenance and requalification of GMP equipment and systems.
  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties to support the department, including ensuring that qualification documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with Good Documentation Practice.
  • Instruct and guide other employees across the University with regards to GMP specific validation requirements and regulatory
  • Participate in routine production tasks where required.
• Key Criteria
  Substantial experience of working within a GMP regulated environment in the pharmaceutical industry.
  Proven experience of working within a validation role, including commissioning and qualification of equipment, facilities, utilities and systems - experience with cleanroom facilities and critical ventilation systems is preferred.
